About the Event
Join the ISCM for an interactive discussion on international catastrophic events that surprised the industry and the effect these historical and perhaps unusual events have had on catastrophe models and the modeling industry. Led by senior experts from the ISCM, attendees will brainstorm with small groups of peers about the various impacts these past events have had and where future surprises might be hiding.
This interactive event will include a series of three Zoom breakout sessions and attendees can choose to join discussions from a wide range of historical earthquakes, hurricanes, and other perils, and network with industry peers.
