About the Event

With all the talk of climate change and its associated impacts, how will wine, one of our most popular alcoholic beverages, fare in the future?

This session will provide a perspective of what winemakers and viticulturists are doing to ensure that the impacts of climate change (i.e., droughts, rising temperatures, wildfires, more frequent events with heavier rainfall, etc.) are minimized.
