About the Event
The working environment for cat management is constantly changing. Factors include the increasing need of process automation, the expansion of the value chain, the changing of model requirements, and the increasing importance of data enrichment amongst others. The skills of a cat manager are constantly evolving and adapting to cope with the changing environment. In this event, we shed light on the people in the process, highlighting the generational shift in the ideal skills set and optimal organizational setup of today and of the near future.
