Ron Nash

Ron Nash started his career in 1994 at AIG in New York City heading up the U.S. cat modeling team. Ron moved to Connecticut to work at NAC Re which was later bought by XL Capital. Ron is also co-founder of the ISCM and recently worked at The Hartford Insurance Company as VP – Group CAT Manager.

Ron has a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts with a specialization in econometric modeling and holds a CCRMP designation.

Ron is also past Chair of the Extreme Events Committee within the RAA and co-founder of the Cat Risk Management conference.
